Corrections & Complaints

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Accuracy matters to us. AIBites covers fast-moving technology and AI stories, and our articles are researched and drafted with the assistance of automated tools alongside editorial oversight. That process can still get things wrong — so when it does, we want to fix it quickly and transparently. This page explains how to flag an error or raise a complaint, and what happens next.

1. How to report an error

If you believe something we’ve published is inaccurate, misleading, or out of date, please tell us. There are two ways:

  • Email us at hello@aibites.press with “Correction” in the subject line.
  • Comment on the article — comments are moderated and reviewed by our team.

To help us act quickly, please include a link to the article, the specific passage in question, what you believe is incorrect, and — where possible — a source that supports the correction.

2. How we review and respond

We review every correction request. We aim to acknowledge reports promptly and to resolve clear factual errors as quickly as we can, typically within a few business days. More complex cases — where the facts are disputed or require verification — may take longer, and we will let you know if that is the case.

If we confirm an error, we update the article. If we conclude the content is accurate, we will explain why. Either way, we’ll aim to get back to you.

3. How we correct and label

Minor fixes — such as typos, formatting, or small clarifications that don’t change the substance of a story — are made directly and may not be separately noted.

For significant corrections that materially change the meaning or facts of an article, we correct the text and add a brief, dated note describing what changed, so the record is transparent. The article’s “last updated” date and structured data are refreshed when we make a substantive edit. If a story cannot be corrected to an accurate standard, we may remove it.

4. Complaints

If your concern goes beyond a factual error — for example, about the fairness, tone, or conduct of our coverage — you can raise it with us at hello@aibites.press. Please describe the article and the nature of your complaint clearly. We take complaints seriously and will review them in good faith.

If you’re not satisfied with our initial response, you may reply and ask us to review the matter again. A different member of the team will look at it where practical, and we will give you our considered final response.

5. Right of reply and removals

If you or your organization is the subject of a story and believe it contains an inaccuracy, we welcome your response and will consider it promptly. Requests to remove or amend content are assessed on their merits; we may decline requests that would compromise accurate, public-interest reporting, but we will explain our reasoning.

Requests relating to your personal data — including removal of a comment you submitted — are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Contact
